We want you to love your home brewing experience; if you are not completely satisfied with your Hario purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all glassware and equipment are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original Hario boxes, ensuring fragile glass components are well-protected with padding.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
